Returns

You can return any product that is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.
Some products are not eligible for returns, such as perishable or custom- made items. These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page and at checkout.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or variant, please contact us by email at [email protected] We will check the availability of the product you want and provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
