are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. Please
read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international
orders:

We also offer free standard delivery for domestic orders over £50 and
international orders over £100.
Order Processing Time
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends
and public holidays. Orders received before 12pm will be processed and
dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed
and dispatched on the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also track
your order status on our website by logging into your account and clicking
on “My Orders”.
Customs and Taxes
For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and
fees that are not included in the total price at checkout. These charges are
determined by the destination country and are your responsibility to pay.
We are not responsible for any delays or charges caused by customs
clearance.
Delivery Issues
If you have any issues with your delivery, such as missing, damaged, or
incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. You may be
required to provide proof of the issue, such as photos or receipts.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Donace Foods. If you
are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of
delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return and refund policy.
Please note that some products are not eligible for returns or refunds, such
as perishable or custom-made items. Please refer to our return and refund
