This spice is a staple in many African dishes, including pepper soup, abacha, nkwobi, groundnut soup, black soup, Ofe Akwu, ugba/ukpaka, ose-oji, egusi, ogbono, Banga soup, garden egg sauce, goat meat stew, Ukwa, and isi ewu.
Please note that ehuru has a very strong flavour, so a little goes a long way. Apply it with moderation to compliment the other Flavours in your dish.
