Description
Matcha is made from the leaves of a shade-grown tea tree (known as Camellia Sinensis). Tea trees are shaded from solid sunlight to increase theanine and chlorophyll, which can reduce bitterness and ensure a good colour for the matcha powder to the maximum extent. Matcha contains about three times more antioxidants than high-quality regular green tea. It can also help promote healthy skin.
Application
Matcha can be consumed as tea directly in daily life. It can be used as green pigment for food and drinks, such as ice-creams, bread, cheese, cake, noodles, milk shakes, salad and so on. It can also be used in cosmetics for skin care.
